About This Pub
Ah, The New Line – it's one of those neighbourhood gems that just draws you in for a pint and a chat. From what I've gathered from the buzz around it, the beers are spot on with a brilliant range of ales that keep things interesting, and they're well-priced too, making it a go-to for a casual night out. The staff are an absolute delight; they're so approachable and let the place run smoothly without making a fuss, which really adds to that homely feel. Upstairs, there's a neat spot for watching live sports, and if you're lucky, you might even grab a pizza to go with your drink – it's all about that relaxed, welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to linger. On the flip side, though, the music can be a real let-down; it's often too loud or just not quite right, and I've heard stories of it chasing people off to quieter spots elsewhere. Plus, prices have nudged up a bit lately, which is understandable with everything going on, but it might sting if you're planning a regular visit. All in all, it's a solid choice for anyone in Bradford looking for a friendly pub experience – just keep an eye on the vibe before you settle in, and you'll likely have a great time.

Cons
-
The music can be a bit overpowering and not everyone's cup of tea, sometimes driving folks away before they've settled in

-
Food options seem a bit hit or miss – while they do pizzas, some visits might leave you wanting more variety or none at all

Nice micro pub I just pop in now and again great range of ales the staff are great met both landlords you wouldn't know they were the landlords they let the staff get on with it well worth a visit.
A nice little micro pub, tastefully decorated with a good vibe.
The beers are spot on and well priced.
I don't think they do food, hence no stars on the food element.
It's a good place to grab a beer.
They also have live sports on the TV.
Atrocious music would have stayed for the beer and wine but the music drove us out. Bar man says he plays any thing he fancies. Not good for your clientele. Went to the Cracker Barrel much nicer background music it's not in your face. Sound levels much better. You can speak without having the music increasing. Would not bother to go to the New Mill again but accept other people might love the noise levels. We even went upstairs to try and avoid it.
Your friendly, neighbourhood, local, front-room pub. Everyone knows someone here and you're all very welcome.
Prices seem to have had a little uplift recently, but hasn't everywhere? Love it downstairs where it feels snuggy, love the loft style space upstairs too.
Just go, enjoy a pint or a G&T, chill, laugh, watch the sport.
I can safely say this is a lovely little pub. I have found stuff are lovely each time I have been in. The pub is very well presented with quite a lovely warm atmosphere. It has a upstairs to watch the football. It has a lovely little bar with some nice drinks for everyone, it even does pizzas. I would definitely recommend this pub to anyone thinking of going but don't be hogging the tables as I will need sit down 😆
