About This Pub
Ah, Ye Olde Salutation Inn, it's one of those pubs that just hits the spot every time. From the reviews I've come across, folks are raving about the food – those Sunday roasts and burgers sound like proper treats, with generous portions and prices that won't set you back much. The staff really shine too, always making sure everyone feels at home with their warm service. It's got that classic, atmospheric feel with its dark, quaint interior, which is spot on for a relaxed catch-up or a bit of a buzz on busier nights. On the flip side, it does get lively and crowded sometimes, so if you're after a peaceful evening, you might want to time your visit right. Overall, it's a solid choice for anyone in Nottingham looking for good grub, decent drinks, and a welcoming spot to unwind – I'd say it's definitely one to add to your list if you're out and about.

We had a Sunday roast which was amazing. Staff are friendly and welcoming and the beers are fantastic. Would love to see this place on a Friday or Saturday night. Will be coming back to Nottingham just to see.
At last, a review site worthy of my attention. My mother and I had an excellent Sunday dinner here on 08/06/25. The food was really very good. Tasty with very generous portions. The price is inconsequential when the food is this good. Well done team.
Lovely pub. Good atmosphere and great food. The burgers are good, especially the monster one. Great value at £6.66, but be warned bring your appetite it's massive.
Nice pub with cosy decor. Popped in for an evening drink with my fianće and we both had a pleasant experience.
The waiting staff were on the ball and friendly, and the drinks were nice and chilled. The pub was a little busy, so the atmosphere was great. There is plenty of seating and we found it very comfortable, so we would recommend popping along for a drink or two. They do serve food, but we didn't sample any, but the menu looked very appetising, so on a return visit, we might just grab a bite to eat!
Very old and quaint pub really dark and atmospheric did not eat here so no comment
