We went on Saturday 12th October for a truly amazing evening meal the service, the atmosphere was perfect, the choice of dishes on the menu was definitely good my partner had a lovely meal and so did I strongly recommend booking a table if in the area .we will be going alot more often.

Staff were attentive to the table and friendly.
Food was very tasty and reasonably priced! Really enjoyed the stir fry on the specials board.

I couldn't turn down the donut burger- a cheeseburger but instead of a bun it's sandwiched between 2 glazed donuts. It just sounded too crazy to not go for and I'm so glad I did. It was incredible, the most beautiful blend of sweet and salty. It's been over a week and I'm still craving another! My husband had the black pudding and chicken stack which he said was delicious, and they had a lovely real ale on which was the first we'd found after 2 days in Barrow-in-Furness!!
Lovely food and excellent service. The roast was the best I've had in a while. Great value too, will definitely be returning. Thanks.
