About This Pub
Ah, the Queens Hotel – what a little hidden gem it is! From what I've gathered from the buzz around it, this place really shines with its warm, friendly staff who go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome, and they've nailed the drinks selection with a great range of beers and ciders that keep things interesting. The food's another highlight; whether you're tucking into their tasty vegan dishes or just popping in for a bite, it's all about fresh flavours and lovely presentation that leaves you satisfied. That beer garden with its stage is an absolute treat for sunnier days, and the quirky decor with house plants and a cosy fire makes it feel like a proper homely spot – oh, and it's brilliant for dog owners too. On the flip side, though, it's a shame it's only open four days a week, which might limit your options if you're planning a last-minute outing. Plus, without a website, it's not the easiest to get the lowdown beforehand, and there's a bit of confusion with the name that could throw you off. All in all, it's got that classic pub charm with a modern twist, and I'd say it's well worth a visit if you're in the area – just keep those opening times in mind for a smooth experience!

The Queen's Hotel is a nice pub with a good selection of beers, larger, and cider. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. We only called in for a drink but ended up having something to eat. The food is very good and the service is excellent. There is a very nice large beer garden with a stage for live music and an open mic on Sunday afternoons. The setup is very good with a pa and a drum kit. They even offer to lend you a guitar if you don't have one with you. They also have live music on Saturdays. There is no pool table, but the pub is dog friendly. It's a great place for food, drink and live music.
First time trying the plant based menu at the Nut & Nettle. I'm no vegetarian but we will be definitely going back..it was delicious. Service was excellent and they have my favourite Red Stripe lager so bonus!
Lovely querky typical pub with lovely house plants and a roaring open fire! Dog friendly and lovely food!
This place is amazing, beautiful, stunning AND nothing like the place when I last visited probably 30 years ago 🤣
It's now a funky stripped back vegan establishment serving beautiful tasty vegan food either inside or outside in the yard. There's a good range of beers on the bar so all good 👍
Old Town in Bridlington is fast becoming a great scene for eating and drinking again
The food at the Nut & Nettle vegan restaurant is quite wonderful. Beautifully presented and full of flavours. Can't imagine that non-vegans would find anything to dislike. Great ambience too
