About This Pub
Oh, what a delightful little find The Board Inn is – it's got that special something that sets it apart from your average pub. I love how they've kept the Georgian rooms upstairs so beautifully furnished; it's like stepping back in time while still enjoying a cold pint downstairs. The staff are absolute stars, always greeting you with a warm welcome and even letting you wander around, which is just lovely. The drinks are well-priced, and the food like those cheeseboards comes in at a steal, tasting fresh and satisfying. It's a brilliant spot for a cosy evening by the fire, chatting away with mates over some quality cask ales. On the flip side, it's a shame it's not fully dog-friendly indoors, so if you're with your pet, you might have to settle for the garden. And the opening times can be a tad unclear, so planning ahead is a good idea. All in all, it's a place I'd happily recommend for anyone wanting a bit of character and good company without breaking the bank – just go with an open mind and you'll have a cracking time!

Without doubt the most unusual pub I've ever visited.
Downstairs a nice pub, upstairs two floors of beautifully furnished Georgian rooms.
They're rightly proud of the pub and are happy for folks just to pop in for a look around, which to me is pretty much unheard of these days.
Will definitely be calling in again when I'm passing.
Very quirky rooms upstairs. Nice bar area. Not dog friendly inside but we were welcome to use the rear garden when we asked. Decent cask lineup on and friendly welcome. Highly recommend!
We went here yesterday, such a unique pub! Lots of different floors with different rooms to sit in with real open fires. We ordered two cheeseboards which were a good price and very tasty. Friendly welcome from staff. Will go here again next time I visit Brid.
Amazing quirky little pup. Awesome service, great beer and the cheese boards were perfect

Came tonight with friends. We booked a room with a real fire and ordered a charcuterie board.
Excellent value for money, the surrounding are out to this world, the drinks are extremely well priced.
We will be coming back time and time again.
