About This Pub
Ah, The Queens – it's one of those unassuming pubs that you stumble upon and end up loving for its down-to-earth charm. From what I've gathered from the reviews, the landlord and staff are top-notch, always up for a chat and making sure everyone has a good time, which really sets the tone for a welcoming evening. The atmosphere is spot on for casual meet-ups, especially if you're into bar games like darts; it's got that cosy, lived-in feel that makes you want to settle in with a pint. Drinks are affordable and varied, with beers and spirits that hit the spot, and it's open from the afternoon onwards, so you can pop in after work or make a night of it. On the flip side, it does have that locals-only vibe sometimes, which might not suit everyone if you're just passing through or prefer something more cosmopolitan. Plus, while they've got takeaway options, the food doesn't seem to be a big draw, so you might want to grab a bite elsewhere first. Overall, it's a solid choice for a laid-back night out – I'd say give it a go if you're in the area, as the positives far outweigh the minor niggles.

-
It's open late most evenings, from 3pm right through to midnight or 1am, making it ideal for a proper night out.
Cons
-
It might come across as a bit of a locals' spot, so if you're new to the area, it could take a moment to feel fully included.
-
The food options seem a tad limited from what folks have mentioned, mostly takeaway or delivery rather than a full menu.
-
The website's a bit basic and not very detailed, which might make it harder to get all the info you need before heading over.

Great little place - food service were top notch
Great little pub landlady and landlord are brilliant. Love going here every monday night with the girls we have a right laugh sat in the corner.
Great place, I've been coming here for years. Always a good pint. Bar staff friendly
A locals pub, right in the centre of Littleborough. Many friendly faces stroll here for a good old fashioned evening out with friends and neighbours. There's a short range of good ales, many shorts and lagers to go at. A pool table sits at the back to cover those with sporty credentials. The floor is flagged, uneven, and fabulous.
