About This Pub
Oh, what a treat The Pembroke is if you're wandering around Earls Court – it's one of those pubs that just feels like a proper local gem, you know? The team behind the bar are so welcoming and chatty, it'll make you want to linger a bit longer with whatever you're sipping on. Their craft beers and cocktails are spot on, and the food really shines through with hearty options like those mouthwatering ribs or a solid steak sandwich that folks rave about. Upstairs, there's this brilliant big screen for catching the latest match, and don't even get me started on the rooftop garden – it's a lovely surprise, especially on a sunny afternoon, giving you that outdoor feel without straying too far from the buzz inside. On the flip side, it can get a wee bit slow with the food service sometimes, so if you're popping in for a quick bite, you might need to factor in some extra time. And those later starts on weekdays mean it's not always the go-to for an early tipple, but overall, it's a solid choice for a laid-back evening with mates, blending that classic pub charm with a few modern touches that keep things fresh.

I often pop in for a pint,as I live locally, I always find the staff friendly and welcoming. The Horseshoe bar has plenty of space along with plenty of seating options. Upstairs is a large open area with a big screen for sports events. Also upstairs is an outside patio garden with large umbrellas, it’s surprisingly quiet too being at the back of the building. I’m very particular about how I have my Guinness poured, but no complaints here.
Amazing flavour! So unexpected!
I was in here for some leaving drinks in a Friday afternoon and I was more than peckish. The ordered the sirloin steak sandwich with a side of chips. It came to a total of £19.50. My mate had exactly the same.
It took a while to come out, longer than we expected but when it did, it was well worth the wait.
The steak was perfectly cooked to medium rare and the chips were amazing. The overall flavour was incredible and it was very filling. So pleased we ordered it.
Well done chef!
(Pic doesn’t do it justice I’m afraid!)
The wait staff was honest and helpful. The rooftop garden was decorated nicely and covered from the breeze. The food was also very good! Fish and chips and Chicken Kiev dinners.
THE BEST RIBS IN LONDON !!!!!!
Just cannot explain how good the food is at this pub. Family of 4 with two children ages 7 &11 both thoroughly enjoyed their pizzas and ice cream. The ribs were amazing, so tasty!!! We also had a portion of the chicken wings and these also were a 10/10!! Prices were very reasonable too highly recommend, we will definitely be returning.
The pub its self is very welcoming, and enjoyed watching the footy on the sofas up stairs after eating.
A++++
Was visiting the area due to the BBC Earth Experience and thankfully found The Pembroke - other local venues did not appeal, to be greeted by a wonderfully warm welcome from the friendly, efficient and very helpful staff, (bar man).
A good selection of "pub grub" was on offer that included veggie/vegan options, which was quickly served and very tasty.
I'll definitely head back when next in the area.
