About This Pub
You know, when I think about The Mall Tavern, it just brings a smile – it's one of those places in London that feels like a proper local haunt, even if you're just passing through. The vibe is spot on, all warm and lively without being overwhelming, making it ideal for a Sunday get-together or a casual evening out. The food really steals the show; their Sunday roasts are top-notch, with tender beef and crispy pork that leave you wanting more, and the desserts like sticky toffee pudding are an absolute treat. Pair that with a great range of craft beers, and you've got yourself a winner. The team there are dead helpful too, always quick with a smile and making sure everything runs smoothly, even when it's packed. On the flip side, it does get heaving at times, so you might end up twiddling your thumbs waiting for a spot, and let's be honest, it's not the cheapest option out there – that bill can add up if you're not careful. All in all, it's worth popping in if you're after a quality pint and a hearty meal, but maybe plan ahead and set aside a bit extra for the experience.

I was lucky to stumble upon this lovely family-run restaurant on a Sunday.
Despite being quite busy, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The Sunday roast was absolutely delicious, and the sticky toffee pudding was incredibly moreish.
I also had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Nancy — such a kind and pleasant lady.
Thank you for the wonderful food and hospitality. I’ll definitely be back 😊 !
Beef was tender and flavourful, and crackling pork was lovely as well. They have a large selection of craft beers to choose from.
£75 for two Sunday roasts and two pints. It’s on the pricier side definitely, but the quality of food, service, and vibe make it worth it IMO.
This place is buzzing, lively and full of life,
bring your kids, your friends, your pet and wife.
The pork roast is magic - rich, crispy, and deep,
It’s reason enough to ditch Sunday sleep.
The service is sharp, with no need to boast,

This place is so good I am sure it’s even full of hungry ghosts!
As a group of Americans in London on Easter, we weren’t sure what to do for dinner. Found this place recommended in a TIme Out article and what a find! Didn’t get off to a great start as they were crazy busy and it took a while for a server - which ended up being the owner. However it all ended up being amazing. The Sunday roast dinners were delicious and our pudding was homemade tiramisu served out of a baking dish with chocolate eggs thrown in as an Easter bonus. Throw in some local character as this is obviously a neighborhood spot. Loved it!
Tenderloin and fries are very good.
The cheesecake is superb.
Many kind of beers.
Service friendly and quick.
