Friendly pub with lively atmosphere. Good range of beers, with a good range of prices. All staff and customers were jolly.
Staff absolutely lovely, we walked in and received a welcoming greeting! The bar staff were so friendly and gave lots of information and advice about drink mixing.
Rounds came to less that £20 for 4 people and the hospitality couldn't be better.
This spot is excellent. Reopened only two days ago as of my review and already gathered a brilliant atmosphere. Lovely folk musicians playing upon arrival, cold lovely good good gooood beer, friendliest folk behind the bar as instinctively familiar you would find in any of your favourites, overall very clean, a beautiful building, classic, and already one of my favourites in Bristol. I wouldn’t mind living in it
Visited Saturday with my family. Excellent pub not too far from the Natural History Museum. Staff were attentive and helpful, great atmosphere and the food was well cooked and really tasty.
Scrumptious food, the chef is very talented, wonderful use of flavours and seasoning. The sticky toffee pudding, honeycomb ice cream and toffee sauce are out of this world. The chunky chips are very addictive, very tasty every time.Excellent customer service, the staff really go above and beyond to ensure an excellent dining experience. Really very helpful.
