About This Pub
Ah, The Farmers Arms – it's one of those pubs that just feels like a proper local spot, you know? From the reviews, most folks are raving about the friendly staff and the landlady who gets stuck in with everyone, creating that real community feel. The live music on Saturdays and quiz nights sound like a blast, perfect for a laugh with your mates over a pint. It's kept nice and clean too, with a traditional decor that harks back to the good old days, and there's even some outside seating for when the weather plays ball. On the flip side, there was that one off review where the service fell flat – a bar tender who seemed more bothered with their phone than pulling a proper pint, and apparently, the Moretti didn't quite hit the mark. It's more geared towards adults, which makes sense for a quiet evening, but no food on site means you might need to plan ahead if you're peckish. All in all, with a strong 4.4 rating from the crowd, it's worth popping in for the atmosphere, just go in with an open mind and you'll likely have a top night.

Lovely clean pub with great band on Saturday night.
Great staff.
Wow I have never met a more disinterested bar tender. Sat at a table, playing with his phone. Acted as if he didn't want to serve us. The Moretti larger didn'ttaste quite right. I took the opinion that it was so difficult to get the point in the first place, it was pointless to complain about the taste. Won't return. Nobody read in, but the music was blaring out.
Traditional pub with friendly landlord and staff. Serving ales, beer, wine & spirits. Quiz night was a great atmosphere. Note that no food is served here. More suited to adults than kids. Limited parking outside.
Smashing little pub lovely decor very friendly staff outside seating and lots of live music definitely recommended 👍
The bar were lovely and welcoming and the land lord and lady turned up and were interacting with everyone (even the non locals.) A local pub filled with lots of personality!
