About This Pub

Ah, The Eberle Pub – it's one of those hidden gems in Liverpool that really hits the mark for a relaxed evening out. From what I've gathered from the reviews, the pizza stands out as an absolute treat; folks are going on about how it's the best they've had, which is saying something in a city full of great grub. The drinks are spot on too, with Guinness that's well-poured and at a fair price, perfect for settling in with friends. The staff seem like proper legends, always providing top service, and the overall vibe is so welcoming – it's that kind of place where everyone chats and you feel right at home. They've even got pool, darts, and sports on the TV, so it's ideal if you're up for a bit of fun alongside your pint. On the flip side, it's a shame there's no website to easily look up details, and the opening hours appear a bit muddled, which might catch you out if you're not careful. All in all, with such high ratings and glowing feedback, it's well worth a visit if you're in the area – just go with an open mind and you'll likely have a brilliant time, but maybe plan ahead to avoid any surprises.

Pros and Cons

Pros
  • The pizza here is absolutely brilliant – reviewers rave about it being the best they've tasted, making it a real highlight for a casual meal.
  • The atmosphere is so welcoming; the staff, like Tony and Sean, are proper gentlemen, and the locals are friendly, creating that perfect pub vibe for a good chat.
  • Guinness and other drinks are spot on and reasonably priced, which is always a winner when you're out for a pint or two.
  • They've got great extras like a pool table, darts, and footy on the telly, so there's plenty to keep you entertained on a night out.
Cons
  • There's no website listed, which makes it a bit tricky to check out the menu or hours before heading over.
  • The operating schedule seems a touch confusing with varying times, so you might want to double-check before planning a visit.

Had the best night ever (ok, maybe top 10😅) Liverpool parade 2025. Got here after the parade and had a blast with all the local lads and lovely Pudlians. ** I lost my Liverpool 2025 Scarf in the pub last night 🧣 *** so team, please hold on to it for me, I'll pick it up next time I visit. 🙏🏻 Indian from Canada YNWA

There are many fine pubs in Liverpool city centre but this one is one of the best and definitely worth finding. Tony is a gentleman, the punters are friendly, the Guinness is great and the prices are low. Will visit any time I'm in the city.

Fantastic pub. Cheapest Guinness in the area and good choice of drinks all round. Tony and Sean always provide great service behind the bar, it's always been a good time every time I've been in. They've got a pool table and darts available, as well as footy on TV. Great pizza to top it all off.
