About This Pub
Ah, The Dolphin – it's one of those pubs that just feels like a proper local gem in Uxbridge, you know? From what I've gathered from folks who've been there, it's got this inviting atmosphere that makes you want to settle in for the afternoon with a pint of your favourite lager. The staff really shine through; they're always cheerful and on point, whether you're there for a quick drink or a full meal. They've got loads going for them, like showing all the major sports on big screens, which is brilliant if you're into footie or rugby, and that beer garden with its canal views is just the ticket for a bit of fresh air. The food's another highlight – think hearty, home-style dishes that leave you satisfied. On the flip side, the opening times can be a tad unpredictable, so you'd want to double-check if you're planning a visit, and it does get packed on busier days, which might not suit if you're after a quiet spot. All in all, it's a solid choice for a good night out or a casual catch-up with mates; I'd say give it a go if you're in the area – you might just find your new favourite haunt!

We come to The Dolphin once a week and always have a great time! It’s a warm, welcoming pub with a fantastic atmosphere. Kerrie always serves with a smile and makes everyone feel right at home. Great music, great service – what more could you ask for? Highly recommend!
Highly recommend the Dolphin having been a regular for over 20 years. Jim, Natalie and their family run a child and dog friendly pub in an exemplary manner and I love bringing my family in. If you like sport, good food and a relaxing drink, this is the place to be. If you’re looking for somewhere to go to make it an experience you’ll not forget to celebrate events such as Halloween or St George’s Day then trust me you won’t be disappointed.
My first time here travelled down from Manchester to watch the semi final. What an amazing pub. The owners and staff were 1st class they made us feel so welcome. The bar staff were truly excellent. Thank you all for making it an incredible day.
6 of us went to the dolphin on mothers for mothers day menu! The food was great proper home cooked roast, the service was amazing considering how busy it was we couldn't fault how well they managed we wasn't kept waiting for our food or drinks. From the chef to bar staff to ladies serving the food nothing was too much trouble! My mum even got a gift bag when we left! The chef came out at the end of the day what a lovely lady she is. Natalie and Jim run a great little pub will definitely be returning 😀
My first time in this pub.
It is tidy and clean and pleasantly laid out.
