About This Pub
Ah, The Bull & Butcher – what a lovely spot it is, tucked away in the heart of Corley Moor near Coventry. I have to say, it's got that classic village pub charm with cosy wood-burning fires and a relaxed atmosphere that's just perfect for unwinding after a long day. The food really stands out; they've got a wide range of options, from breakfast to Sunday carveries, and from what I've heard from others, it's all top quality and hits the spot every time. Plus, the events they put on, like quiz nights or that brilliant 1940s weekend, bring a real buzz and make it more than just your average watering hole. The outdoor spaces are another highlight – imagine sipping a pint in the beer garden with the kids playing nearby or even spotting some donkeys in the animal area; it's family-friendly in the best way. On the downside, though, a few people have mentioned the service isn't always spot on, with waits for drinks or meals that can put a dampener on things, and the prices do feel a tad steep for what you get. Still, with an overall rating hovering around 4.2, it's clear most folks leave with a smile, so if you're up for a proper pub experience with a mix of tradition and fun, I'd say give it a go – just maybe plan for a relaxed visit rather than rushing in.

Great pub with friendly staff with a wide range of food on the menu. Something for everyone.
Had to ask where my shandy had got to and my brother in law had to ask for his food after everyone else’s had been brought. My chicken stew (stew if the day) was tasty and had very nice bread with it.
This was my first visit to this charming, old and well established pub situated in the countryside. Our party received a warm welcome and the food and service were excellent. Prices were a little higher than I expected but the quality of the food was very good. There were a lot of other diners which I always think is a good sign, hence the need to book a table. Very nice surroundings and I imagine it would be a very pleasant place to spend an afternoon in the summer. There is a children's play area in the grounds and there are also some donkeys nearby. I would be very happy to return at some future time and would recommend it to friends and family.
We had gone for the Burns Night event and it was fantastic! We had a three course Scottish-inspired meal, a live bagpipe show and a complimentary shot of whisky. It’s safe to say a tradition was born, I highly recommend this place!
P.S - I hope the berry & mascarpone tart makes a return
We came for Christmas meals. Food was a really delicious 😋 and beautiful atmosphere with pretty decorations mixed of modern and traditional. Prices were very good value for their quality of food.
