About This Pub
Ah, the Lutley Oak – it's one of those pubs that really warms you up as soon as you step inside, with its fresh refurb giving it a comfy, welcoming feel that's just right for a casual evening out. I've heard from loads of folks that the staff are absolute gems, always cheerful and on hand to fix any minor mishaps, like sorting out a bill error in a flash. The food's a real highlight too; it's varied, comes out piping hot and quick, and at prices that make you wonder how they do it – perfect for grabbing a bite with the family or mates without emptying your wallet. Plus, if you're into sports, it's brilliant for watching live events like the Women's Euros or rugby tours, with all the right amenities to make it enjoyable. On the flip side, it can get a bit overwhelming when it's busy; queues at the bar might stretch out the door, and you might find the service isn't as snappy as you'd hope, which is a shame because it takes away from that otherwise lovely atmosphere. All in all, it's a solid choice for a good night out in Halesowen, as long as you pick a quieter time or book ahead to avoid the rush – I'd say give it a go and see for yourself, it's got that genuine pub charm that's hard to beat.

The team were friendly helpful and a small error with the bill was resolved swiftly by Francesca. Good price meals, fast service- we will return! :)
Great friendly pub serving great value food. All the staff are friendly and welcoming, and with a smile! Food is both varied and great value for money. Well done to all the team.
We Love The Lutley Oak! We have been coming here for years! We have just had our meal in the recently refurbished Lutley and it looks great and feels comfy! The new menu is mega and we cannot believe the value for money on the 2 meals for £13.99! The coffee is also very tasty! Thanks to all the staff at Lutley you are total credit to the Greene King empire!
We had a lovely meal on a Saturday afternoon, the friendly staff accommodated our group of 15 people easily (after booking!) The food was all delicious, was brought out quickly and no one had to wait long until we were all served. It was a great atmosphere and everyone enjoyed themselves.
Really poor experience today, popped in to charge the car, decided to stay for some food. Let’s start with the bar service! One member of staff serving the queue, the queue was out the door. One member of staff running between the kitchen and pouring/delivering drinks to the app orders. We went inside for food, we ordered on the app as the queue was still out the door. The food came in a reasonable time, however it had clearly been sat under the lamps for some time. The burger was overcooked, the gammon came out the same time as the burger, it certainly wasn’t sizzling, the tandoori chicken came out 10 mins later, again no sizzling and the bhaji was undercooked. The pub needs to take on more staff to cope with the demand.
