About This Pub

Ah, the Grafton Arms – what a gem it is, tucked away in the heart of Victoria. From what I've gathered from the buzz around it, it's just the sort of place you'd pop into for a proper pint and some hearty grub after wandering past Big Ben or Westminster Abbey. The food really steals the show; everyone raves about the fish and chips, with that crispy batter and big portions that leave you satisfied, and other dishes like steak and ale pie come highly recommended too. The drinks selection is spot on, with loads of options to suit any mood, and it's fantastic for catching live sports events – think Women's Euros or rugby tours, where you can grab a seat and soak up the excitement. The staff are an absolute delight, always cheerful and quick to lend a hand, which makes the whole experience feel warm and inviting. On the flip side, it does get busy, especially with its prime location, and you might find things a bit rushed if the single bartender is juggling a crowd. Plus, those licensing rules mean it's adults-only after 9pm, so if you're with the little ones, you'd best plan an earlier visit. All in all, it's a solid choice for a relaxed catch-up or a lively match day, and with that 4.3 rating, it's clear most people leave with a smile – I'd say it's worth checking out for a proper British pub vibe.

Cons

Great pub in a great location. There are plenty of beers to choose from as well as mixed drinks. I ordered fish and chips for lunch here and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Fish and chips were quite good, with a crispy batter on the fish. The fish itself was good bit not great. Service is friendly but the single bartender/server gets a bit rushed Tap beers were very good.

Nice pub not too far from Victoria station. I found the staff friendly and welcoming. Has a good selection of beers, wines and spirits. We didn't have anything to eat but the food looked good

We had late lunch/dinner there. The food was amazing! Came there mainly because we saw fish and chips reviews were great- and the dish lived up to the expectations! Steak and ale pie and steak were also both delicious. Portions are big, the service is fast. Toffee pudding was also great- we shared only one since we were so full. Would highly recommended this place!
