About This Pub
Ah, Crafty Casks Taproom, it's one of those places that just puts a smile on your face the moment you walk in. From what I've gathered from folks' chats online, it's got this brilliant array of craft beers and cocktails that make it a real treat for anyone who appreciates a good brew – think extensive real ales and hand-made drinks that go down a treat. The live music on Sundays adds such a nice buzz, and it's dead welcoming for families, dogs, and even wheelchair users, with a cosy atmosphere that feels just right for a laid-back evening. The staff sound like absolute gems, always up for a chat, and there are board games to keep things entertaining if you're in the mood. On the flip side, though, the food scene is pretty basic, mostly sorted by a food truck, so if you're hoping for a proper sit-down dinner, you might find yourself a bit disappointed or needing to grab something nearby. All in all, it's a solid spot for us pub enthusiasts looking for good vibes and great drinks, but it's worth keeping in mind those little niggles if you're planning a full night out.

With its focus on craft brews, it might not suit those after more mainstream beers or a quieter spot on busy nights

Live music on a Sunday. Family and dog friendly. Very relaxed atmosphere. Great selection of beers and wine. Also serve cocktails. Parking available and nearby public car park.
Great for live music on a Sunday. The selection of beers they have on offer is the best in the high street, it’s also worth trying the hand made cocktails. There is also now a food truck that delivers food into the bar 😋 well worth a visit.
A really pleasant, atmospheric microbrewery pub. They have an extensive selection of real ales. When we visited it was lively & there were some cool tunes playing too. There was also level access for wheelchair users like myself, although I did not use the toilets, so can't say whether they were accessible. Would definitely go back to this little bohemian gem of a place.
Amazing place, perfect for after work with a great cocktail selection, craft ales, board games. Kitted for musicians too with nice acoustic dampening and good sound - get down for the open mic on weekend too (Sunday I think). Friendliest staff. I bought a hat!
Awesome little micro brewery. Really great feel inside, it's cosy and all staff are friendly. I personally love the craft beers they have in. Overall, great place for a pint or four!
