What a great place! The staff are brilliant, very friendly and attentive to their locals as well as everyone else. You get a real sense of community there like a pub should be but within a more modern atmosphere. Everyone is welcomed and attended to like VIP’s. I’m amazed at how well the team cope with the huge fluctuations of customer levels, even when it suddenly becomes extremely busy everyone is well looked after. It is managed seamlessly and obviously to a very high standard. If you wanted to see an example of how to run a pub in these troubling times for the industry, you don’t need to look any further!
Very welcoming especially for our 2 dogs, I was on my own and ordered a Sunday roast beef, was hot and tasty. Great location for football fans.
I have had a really nice time at the Butcher’s Hook. Staff were very friendly and helpful. And I was lucky enough to meet the landlady, who was very helpful and advised us about what food and drink to have. So all in all.its a pub I would highly recommended to everyone.
Great food and very friendly staff. We went for a drink and decided to try the nachos. They were delicious I definitely recommend. Staff was very attentive and also told us about the history of how Chelsea was founded there!
