About This Pub
Ah, the Branston Arms – it's one of those classic British pubs that really feels like the heart of the local scene in Burton-on-Trent. I have to say, stepping in there gives you that cosy, familiar buzz; the staff are always up for a chat and make you feel right at home, which is just what you want after a long day. They've nailed the drinks menu too – think exciting ales poured to perfection, a cracking wine list, and even some seasonal cocktails if you're in the mood for something fancy. And for us sports lovers, it's a dream with all those screens blasting the latest games; you could easily spend an afternoon cheering on the team with a pint in hand. They've got fun events lined up like live music or a quiz night, which adds to the lively atmosphere and makes it easy to make new friends. But, and I hate to say it, there are a couple of things that might put you off – like the parking situation, where a few have ended up with surprise fines even though it's meant for the pub, which just feels a bit unfair. Plus, with food no longer on the menu, it's more of a drinks-only affair, so if you're hoping for a hearty meal, you might need to head elsewhere. All in all, it's a solid choice for a relaxed night out, as long as you go in with your eyes open to the quirks – I'd still recommend giving it a try if you're nearby, just maybe sort out that parking first!

Had a couple of pints and cost me £110.00 for the 2. Dare not park on a the car park. £100 even though i went to the pub. Wow. Never again.
Price of a pint £100 + once you've paid the parking fine for using "the pub car park ", what's the car park for if its not for the customers!!!!!! Don't bother visiting
Food is non longer on offer. But its a warm friendly pub. Serving a selection of lagers, ciders, wines, spirits and cask ales, with top quality Bass and guest ales.
Nice locals/sports bar super landlord and staff. Good assortment of draught beer and lager. Free parking but need to register your vehicle reg on arrival. Locals very friendly - What's not to like.
