Fathers day meal with the family, was delicious and tasty. Service was brilliant our server Katie had a smile on her face and was very friendly and polite. Atmosphere was perfect especially when there is a canal outside what better way to enjoy the day. Will be going back for more food
Thought we would come and have a pleasant meal for 2 last night. Unfortunately food was barely warm and could see it had been sat under heat lamp as a crust had developed on one of my sides. Only bonus was getting 30% off meal code before we arrived through email sign up. I had scampi and chips. My wife had mixed grill. It was busy and maybe just an off day, but I won't be rushing back and I didn't complain just thought I'd leave an honest review of my experience.
Lovely pub in nice surroundings with views of the hills and canal side, food was tasty although starter was a little cold and over cooked, main was nice had the halloumi fries for starter and lamb with lamb pie duo, would go again, not too busy when I was there so only gave three star
It's a nice pub with friendly staff, and the food was tasty. The service felt slow, but if I had to guess, it was really busy and short-staffed.

I booked a table for boyfriends' birthday dinner. The staff were very polite and helpful, clean and well presented table. Didn't have to wait very long for food to arrive, which was very good, generous portions, good price. We have eaten here on many occasions and always been very happy with the service and food, nice variety of seating areas too.
