About This Pub
Ah, Yorkshire Craft Beers – what a treat it is for anyone who appreciates a good pint! From the moment you step in, you're greeted with this warm, inviting vibe that's perfect for sinking into a chair and exploring their incredible range of over 200 craft beers, including some stellar taps and even gluten-free choices to suit all tastes. The staff are just brilliant, always on hand with friendly advice and a smile that makes you feel right at home, and they've got fun events lined up like live music sessions and bank holiday get-togethers that really bring the place to life. It's a fantastic spot for a relaxed evening or even picking up gifts for the beer buff in your life. On the flip side, though, it's a shame it's closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, and the hours can be a bit tight during the week, so you might find yourself having to rearrange plans. Still, if you time it right, it's well worth the visit – I'd say it's one of those hidden gems that leaves you buzzing about the next trip back.
Pros and Cons
Pros
-
The selection of craft beers is absolutely brilliant – over 200 options from top Yorkshire and UK breweries, with 8 on tap, plus gins, wines, and spirits to keep things varied.
-
The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always up for a chat and helping you pick the perfect pint, which really makes the visit feel personal and welcoming.
-
It's got a lovely, relaxed atmosphere, ideal for a casual catch-up or trying something new, and they throw in events like live music and bank holiday bashes for added excitement.
-
Plenty of extras like gift boxes, gluten-free options, and even mobile bar hire make it a versatile spot for beer lovers, whether you're shopping or planning an event.
Cons
-
It's closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, which can be a bit of a nuisance if you're keen for a mid-week pint.
-
The opening hours are fairly limited, especially earlier in the week, so you might have to plan around that rather than popping in spontaneously.
-
Being inside what used to be a mill, it might feel a tad compact at times, particularly if it's busy, so it doesn't quite have the spacious feel of a larger pub.

Great place to stop on your bike journey. Huge selection of beers, nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Music is always good there 😁. It is just a must to stop and try one of the beers from tap !
Excellent craft beer bar, staff very knowledgeable on craft beer and always a great selection of beers on tap, along with a large selection of cans.
Lovely place. Great choice of beers and friendly staff.
Visiting the area, and found this place, marvellous selection of craft beer. Family run, very good service by all.
Highly recommended.
Paid this little gem of a visit this evening whilst passing. Perfect for your craft beer needs from bottles to cans, kegs to growler refills and so much more. Small wait due to restrictions of one household in the shop at a time. The welcoming, informative and friendly chap serving didn't disappoint with his good knowledge of his stock. Weekly visits might be in order.
