About This Pub
Oh, the White Hart Inn is one of those gems you stumble upon and think, 'Why haven't I been here more often?' It's a proper stylish spot in the middle of Quorn, part of a small independent pub company that really knows how to do things right. The food stands out – think fresh, hearty dishes like pies and tapas that won't break the bank, perfect for a family gathering or a catch-up with mates. The team there are just lovely, always going the extra mile to make sure everyone feels at ease, whether you're popping in for a quick pint or settling in for the evening. They've got live music and all sorts of events that add a real buzz, making it ideal for letting your hair down or enjoying a relaxed meal. On the downside, you might hear the occasional grumble about service or food quality, but honestly, from what I've gathered, it's mostly unfounded and the place shines through with its positives. If you're a fan of pubs with character and a welcoming feel, it's well worth seeking out for a proper good time.
Pros and Cons
Pros
-
The food is absolutely delicious and offers brilliant value for money, with fresh meals that hit the spot every time.
-
The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home from the moment you walk in.
-
It's got a lovely, stylish atmosphere in the heart of the village, with live music on Fridays and Saturdays, plus fun events like quiz nights and Sunday soul sessions.
-
Plenty of options for a good night out, whether it's a casual drink, family meal, or even bringing the dog along for a relaxed visit.
Cons
-
There have been a few unfair gripes online about the food not being fresh, though from the feedback I've seen, it's clearly not the case and might just be the odd misunderstanding.
-
It can get quite busy during events or peak times, which might make it a bit tricky to grab a table without booking ahead.

We are frequent visitors to the White Hart, whether it's for a quick drink whilst walking our dog, an amazing value for money breakfast, participating in their entertaining quiz nights - first Monday of every month, or our latest Summer fun, playing Petanque. However, Wednesday evening tapas is becoming a family favourite, my in-laws in particular love the experience. Their sumptuous Asian and Mediterranean tapas menus are both extensive and interesting with some spectacular flavours. The staff are always attentive and friendly, and keen to advise on the best dishes.
Yet again another delicious meal, enjoy coming here for family get-togethers, husband had the pie yet again
I just wanted to leave an honest and heartfelt review after seeing some completely unfair comments about The White Hart recently, and every visit has been absolutely lovely.
The food is fresh , delicious,- absolutely nothing like the microwaved claims others have made. You can taste the care that's gone into each dish, and the presentation is always spot on .
The staff are what really make The White Hart special. They're friendly, attentive, and genuinely care about giving you a good experience. Charlotte in particular, is a total gem - always welcoming, helpful and so charming. She goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels at home and looked after.
It's such a shame that a few people who didn't get their way feel the need to post harsh and misleading reviews. From my experience and others I have spoken to, The White Hart is a fantastic place with great food , a warm atmosphere, and a wonderful team behind it .
Fantastic charming village pub. The food is proper quality and doesn't break the bank. The staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel really welcome. Will definitely be returning x
Today we went for round 2 at the White Hart Inn.We travelled from Groby not realising the ‘festive’ menu was still available…but much to our delight the lovely lady advised us that the festive cob was still good to order(i think she remembered our happy heads the 1st time round lol) just like the first visit we were served by the lovely ladies who are WELL on the ball! You just have to ask for any additional drinks or grub and they are THERE.Our boys had the sharer chicken board which was huge&the lady kindly let us swop onion rings for chips too :) We will definitely revisit the pub due to friendly staff and delicious food! And will defo go every single December to have our festive cob fix 🤣 thankyou xxx
