About This Pub
Ah, the Three Daws – it's one of those pubs that just draws you in with its rich history from the 1400s, right there on the riverside in Gravesend. From what I've gathered from the buzz around it, the food is a real highlight; think tasty, locally sourced options that hit the spot without costing a fortune, like those mouthwatering chicken skewers or a hearty pie that folks rave about. Pair that with a solid lineup of real ales and wines, and you've got the makings of a proper good night out. The events are another winner – whether it's a quiz night on Tuesdays or catching a live band, there's always something on to liven things up. And let's not forget the outdoor seating; it's ideal for whiling away an afternoon with a drink in hand, taking in those lovely river views. On the downside, if you're planning to bring your dog along, you might run into issues since they only have a small spot inside for them, which could mean you're stuck outside if it's busy. Plus, the inside decor isn't anything flashy, so it might not wow you straight away, but once you're settled with a drink and some grub, it all comes together nicely. All in all, it's a welcoming spot that's earned its high marks for good reason, and I'd say it's well worth popping in for a relaxed evening – just keep those little niggles in mind for the full picture.

Cons
-

On a hot summer Monday, we enjoyed the outdoor seating area. The chicken skewers were so so good.
Amazing pub and food.
Will not give 5 stars only because they don't accept dogs everywhere, they have a small part for dogs inside that was full, so we needed to stay outside. Apart from that, delicious food and kind staff.
A cute and cosy pub! They have a great selection of dishes, I've enjoyed the food from here and the workers are very nice!
Don’t let the interior question to go here. Food is prompt, tasty and decent price. We got whitebait, turkey & leek pie x 2 , Camembert, olives & 6 drinks for £90 xx
Unbelievably amazing! Lovely indoor seating and lovely outdoor seating overlooking the river! The food was honestly unreal bacon and cockles for my husband a kids prawn cocktail and an adults one along with a 16oz steak bbq ribs and sausage and mash for the little one! Brilliant price! Not to mention the beer was good too! Staff were very friendly and polite and amazing with my little one at the end bringing her out a massive ice cream! Truly could praise this place enough! 10000% recommend and will be coming back again
