About This Pub
Ah, let me tell you about The Winning Post – it's one of those pubs that just hits the spot for a good night out in Wolverhampton. From the reviews I've seen, the food is spot on; it's well-presented and tastes fantastic, and the prices are fair enough that you won't feel short-changed. The staff really stand out too – they're polite and friendly, always up for a chat, which adds to that cosy, welcoming feel. You've got a solid selection of beers on tap, and if you're in the mood for some games, there are pool tables, darts, and even foosball to dive into, plus screens for catching the sports. Weekends ramp up the excitement with live DJs, making it a lively spot without being overwhelming. It's got that family-friendly community vibe, which is lovely for a casual visit. On the flip side, their website's not playing ball at the moment, so you might have to rely on word of mouth or just turn up to see what's on offer. And with not many reviews floating about, it could be one of those hidden gems that hasn't quite hit the mainstream yet. All in all, it's a solid choice for a pint and a bite – I'd say give it a go if you're in the area, as the positives definitely outweigh any niggles.

Cons
-
The website seems to be down or unreliable, which makes it a bit tricky to check menus or events online before heading out.

Great family pub with 2 tidy pool tables, a Dart board and a Foosball table, plus a few screens for the sports. Staff are welcoming and the atmosphere is nice and calm. The weekends are a lot livelier with live DJ performances. Decent sized carpark around the back too.
