About This Pub
Ah, The Talbot at Belbroughton – it's one of those pubs that just hits the mark for a proper good time. From what I've gathered from the reviews, it's got this lovely, homely feel where the staff go out of their way to make sure everything's spot on; think efficient and polite service that makes you feel looked after without being over the top. The food's where it really shines – fresh, tasty dishes with a great variety, especially those Asian-inspired options and hearty mains like fish and chips or a juicy burger. It's ideal for popping in with the family or catching up with friends over a well-chosen drink or dessert. On the flip side, a couple of people wished for chunkier chips rather than the skinny ones, and there might be a bit of inconsistency with the opening hours, so you'd want to confirm that to avoid any disappointment. All in all, with a strong 4.3 rating from heaps of happy visitors, it's a reliable choice if you're after a place that's got the basics nailed and then some – definitely worth a visit for a bite and a bevvy.

We had a fabulous experience here! The service was efficient and extremely polite. The food was gorgeous. Fresh ingredients and excellent quality. I can recommend small plates and mains, the Asian dishes were exquisite! The drinks and dessert menu had a great selection too.
Enjoyed a family lunch here, and it was great. Good menu choice and good didn't disappoint!
It’s worth a visit just to meet the lovely Suzzie! She was our waitress for the evening and she was fantastic friendly chatty and attentive. The food is also fantastic the fish on the fish and chips were massive and the burger was super juicy. I just wish they did chunky chips not the skinner fries with the fish! The lamb rump was so tasty and the mash super creamy. The brownie for pudding was yummy and the cheese board was massive and great value for money. Highly recommend this pub and thank you Suzzie for making our evening.
