About This Pub
Ah, The Swan Brownhills – what a gem of a pub it is, tucked away in Brownhills. From what I've gathered from the reviews, it's got that warm, old-school feel with a smart makeover that keeps things authentic without losing the charm. The beers are a real highlight; they serve up a brilliant range of real ales and even the occasional stout, all handled with care, which is music to the ears of any beer lover like me. And let's not forget the food – those cobs, pork pies, and sausage rolls sound absolutely delicious, with folks raving about them as a perfect pub grub option. It's also dead handy with plenty of parking and outdoor seating, plus being dog-friendly means it's great for a relaxed afternoon out. On the flip side, though, the operating hours are a bit of a muddle; some listings suggest it closes early, which might cut short your evening plans, and without a website, it's not the easiest to stay in the loop. Overall, with a solid 4.6 rating from heaps of positive feedback, I'd say it's well worth a visit if you're after a friendly spot for good drinks and a chat, but just keep an eye on those opening times to avoid any disappointments.

Cons
-

First time here and only stopped off for an hour but really liked the place! Plenty of parking, bar staff friendly and nice seating area outside.
Lovely mid sized pub, like most BCA pubs they cater for real ale drinkers. Keeps and serves real ales very well. Even had a stout on and is dog friendly.
Lovely cobs and porkpie on offer. Excellent range of beers, and to top it off, it's dog friendly 😀
Went to this pub on quiz night with my son,the landlord was a lovely fellow, the barman was very polite and good at is job, even when a large party came this young gentleman managed very well under pressure. The pork pies are absolutely beautiful, the the sausage rolls also. The cobs are fantastic to and is price's are very reasonable.
Old fashioned pud, with traditional beer ontap. Great makeover by Black Country ales
New decor kept as a true old style pub should be. Good to smell no food cooking for once even though they do cobs cheese night and tea or coffee if cold
Good thumbs up for Tracy & Gary
Unusual pictures on walls no swans only old trees and buildings
