About This Pub
Ah, The Reporter – what a gem of a pub in the middle of Belfast! From what I've gathered chatting about it, it's got this fantastic range of local beers and spirits that always seem to impress, like that hazy IPA someone raved about or the solid cocktail options for when you're in the mood for something a bit fancier. The atmosphere is just spot on, with a cosy feel that makes you want to linger, especially if there's live music going on to add that extra spark. It's clear from the buzz that folks love the place for its welcoming vibe and clever use of space, turning a small spot into something really special. On the flip side, it does start late in the day, so if you're an early bird, you might have to wait it out, and it can get a tad crowded when things pick up, plus sorting out any quick questions without a phone number is a bit of a faff. All in all, it's a solid choice for a night out – I'd say give it a go if you're after good drinks and good times, but keep those potential niggles in mind for the best experience.

Cocktails and other drinks are top-notch, as shared by folks who've popped in for a tour or just a casual sip.
Cons
-
It doesn't open until 2 PM, which might be a bit late if you're after an early afternoon pint or a spot for lunch.
-
Being in the heart of Belfast, it could get quite busy on weekends, making it tricky to find a seat during peak times.
-
There's no phone number listed, so it might be a hassle if you need to check on availability or make enquiries quickly.

Always great craic. Always glad to get craft beer on tap. One of my favourite bars.
Sunny afternoon sitting outside drinking a cold beer. Can't beat it. They had bullhouse beer Rolling Papers - Hazy IPA 5.2% on draught excellent
What a wee gem this place is! Lovely atmosphere, really cosy vibe. The guy who was playing guitar last night as well was terrific, played such a great variety of music and was technically superb.
That's a cool place for having a cocktail or something else. We've visited it during a Food tour and it's been great.
One of the nicest wee bars I have been in. Called in for quick pint midweek on a very wet afternoon so it was quiet, but given its location it must be hiving at the weekends. Love the decor, great use of the small space, feels cool. Nice range on draught, big selection of gin, whiskey etc. Would go back.
