The Quay (late bar) in Blyth

You know, I've been having a look at The Quay in Blyth, and it's a bit of a mixed bag really. On the plus side, it sounds like a cracking spot for a lively night— the atmosphere is full of energy, the staff are dead helpful and welcoming, and they've got a solid lineup of drinks and tunes that get people in the mood. It's perfect if you're up for something fun with your mates, especially if you're into that younger crowd scene. But, fair's fair, there are a few downsides that might make you think twice. Some have had issues with the place letting in people who seem a tad underage, which can make for an uncomfortable vibe, and it's not everyone's cup of tea if you're after a more chilled or mature setting. Plus, it's only open on Sundays from 9 PM till 2 AM, so you'll have to plan around that. All in all, it's worth popping in if you're in the area and fancy a bit of excitement, but keep in mind it might not be the polished gem you're hoping for— just your average pub with its highs and lows.
