The New Oxford in Salford

Then there's the atmosphere – it's warm and buzzing, especially with the pub quizzes on Tuesdays or the open mic nights; it's brilliant for a laugh with friends or even catching the big football matches without it feeling too rowdy. They've thought of everything too, with outdoor seating for when the weather's on your side and a function room for if you're planning something a bit special. On the flip side, it can be a smidge off the beaten path if you're not local, and those Sunday hours do vary, so you might need to check ahead to avoid disappointment.
