Stopped by The Mitre Holland Park for a casual drink with a friend and ended up having an absolutely wonderful evening! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with warmth and charm. Karina, who looked after us, was simply outstanding, attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring. She made sure we had everything we needed without ever being intrusive. Her service truly elevated our experience!
The menu is a delight, offering something for everyone, from tasty light bites to satisfying dinner options. Everything was well-presented and delicious. Drinks were perfectly chilled and expertly served, adding to the relaxing vibe of the night.
The atmosphere is vibrant yet cozy, with great music playing in the background and a beautiful layout that feels both stylish and comfortable. It’s the kind of place you walk into for a quick drink and end up staying longer than planned.
If you’re in the area or just looking for a top-tier pub experience in London, The Mitre Holland Park is an absolute must-visit. We’ll definitely be back, and asking for Karina again!

I went with my girlfriend for dinner on Thursday, May 29th.
It was my first trip to the UK, and we were able to enjoy delicious food at this restaurant, as well as Prachi's wonderful hospitality, making for a comfortable stay.
I'd definitely like to visit this restaurant again when I travel to the UK.
A good pub, but where one can also have quite a rich selection of typical English food, and, needless to say, very good beers. The service is kind and very friendly, although with some distractions. I ordered a dish of Sunday roast beef, and I got lamb. However, when I pointed out the mistake, without making any complaint because the lamb was good, the waitress made her best and brought me an additional two nice slices of roast beef, no extra charge. I appreciated their gravy for the roast meat and the horseradish sauce, but unfortunately they had run out of bread sauce. So, overall the outcome was quite good: the food is good and the service is very friendly and nice, despite some inaccuracy in taking the orders. And a miss for the bread sauce..
Visited for my 32nd birthday. David was an exceptional waiter, even gave me a free glass of Prosecco to celebrate my birthday, how lovely. Friendly and polite! We went for a variety of small plates to share, food was very very tasty, and we are big big foodies! Highly recommend. 5 minute walk from Holland Park, outside and indoor seating. Kids menu available, great sizes and priced well. Thank you very much, will be coming back!!
Visited the other evening with some friends visiting. Some got the fish and chips which were fine, but they were a lot heavier on the breading than fish.
Another got the roasted squash and chickpea salad and added steak which they said was delicious.
The interior was beautiful and it had a good atmosphere. If I were to go back I would want to go to attend their quiz night or live music night!
