Myself and a group of friend went on Friday to see the live music, it was understandably busy because the music was so good, but the highlight was the staff. In 28°c weather, they all maintained a bubbly and kind energy. Going up to the bar in a crowd was a lot more fun, because of the people behind it! Thank you to Serena, Ruby, Chris, Shane, and April (who wore the best shirt!) We'll definitely be back again!

Loved popping in here when we parked at St Albans to nip into London. Vegan hot dog with a wine was great and really friendly staff and good prices.

I've been playing in and attending gigs at this venue for 30 years and I never tire of going there. I'm so very glad that it continues to be a rock solid cornerstone of live music in Herts. It continues to attract a diverse range of patrons and you'll find live music for all tastes. The sound system is great and sound engineered by people who have been working the venue for years. Fab night dancing and singing along to Depeche Mode songs thanks to the brilliant The Devout. A great concert venue and location. Close to train station. Shame about the arguing old guys at the front of the gig. The band did very well to manage them. Multi talented!

Popped in for a quick bite, didn’t disappoint. A few pints of beer and chips and hot dog were amazing. Nice atmosphere, good relaxing space, dog friendly.
