Haven’t been to the Handsome Cab in years, decided to visit with friends for food and genuinely really impressed!! Staff were really friendly and the massive bonus were there prices .. we are arrived at 5:30 and they had a happy hour on drinks which meant we could get 2 drinks for the price of 1 .. also plenty of deals on the food .. my wife had a Chick N Mix deal which was massive for only £6.
The food was decent too..

I have been a patron of this establishment for several years. The service has always been exceptional, and the staff are incredibly inviting and welcoming. The atmosphere is a delightful blend of peace and liveliness. It's five stars across the board!
Food is excellent quality considering how great the price is, the staff are very friendly and kind and always checking in, great place to be every hour of the day weekend to all week! Proper family pub that is lovely to be in
Service very much variable based on who's at the bar. Management are lovely and helpful but other staff less so.
We had booked a table but no reserved signs were put out and no effort was made to get us (large party) sat down and the people at our table moved on.
Food was OK- fine value for money and came quickly. Would be good if Greene King were in line with similar chains and got online menus.
The toilets were absolutely shocking. They have been for a long time despite refurbishments. The toilet floor was centimetres high from a leaky urinal so you had to traipse through a small lake to get to any toilet. Taps didn't have any hot water.
Good local except for the toilets and if you want to reserve space for a large party.
My son wanted to have mac n cheese, so we decided to go Hansom Cab for dinner. AND was not disappointed. We ordered 1kg wings, chicken kebab, fish n chips, and mac n cheese, obviously. The portions were large and generous. This pub has a massive beer garden and plenty of seating inside too. Amazing service included. We will definitely visit again.
