08/10/22: outstanding all round! Been here many times on Chorlton Ale Trails, however, not for some many years. Fantastic service, awesome selection of ales, welcoming staff, very dog friendly, spacious, cosy sofas and had a really relaxed vibe! High praise indeed for Font!
Been my fav spot in the neighbourhood and now it’s even more, nice food and drinks range with lovely staff and convenient front seating

Great place for food and drinks. Came here a few times now. Evening mid week is quiet but good place for a drink. Came and had breakfast another day and very nice food. Seems cooked fresh which is great but obviously have to wait a bit, worth it for better food. Will be back for sure.
Having lost the Oxford Road branch, I was excited to come and relive the Font experience in Chorlton…
…um, where are the £3 cocktails? Or even the £4 ones?
Nope, it’s gone all generic, with cocktails starting from £7.
Thankfully we visited during Happy Hour so got 2 for £10, but they had to be the same (it wasn’t that busy, though).
Mine was meant to be a ‘Garden Party’, although I’m not sure how a thin slice of cucumber in a pale green liquid is meant to resemble this.
