About This Pub
Ah, The Earlham – it's one of those places that just sticks in your mind after a visit, isn't it? From what I've gathered from folks' chats online, it's got this really inviting feel, whether you're just nipping in for a quick drink or planning something bigger like a wedding bash. The staff are proper gems, always on hand with a smile and quick to sort things out, and the food? Well, it's a cut above – think tasty buffets, cracking BBQs, and even sharing plates that leave you wanting more. That huge garden is a real winner for sunny days, and it's spot on for making memories with mates or family. But, let's be honest, it does have its off moments; it can get rammed, which means service might slow down a touch, and if you've got specific dietary preferences, they might not have everything to hand straight away. Still, with its solid 4.3 rating and all the positive buzz, it's a reliable spot for a good time in Norwich, as long as you go in with realistic expectations.

There's no clear info on operating hours, which could leave you guessing about when to pop in.

We went to the Earlham as part of a party attending a wake. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the staff lovely. The buffet provided was excellent and when an enquiry was made concerning gluten free food some was immediately sourced from the Blackhorse across the road even though it hadn't been specifically ordered. This is definitely a venue we will be back to eat at next time we are in Norwich
Great atmosphere and very welcoming staff, food and drinks were at a reasonable cost. The food was excellent 👌🏻, especially liked the t Rex’s outside the venue
Me and my wife hired the venue for our wedding party. The entire day was flawless. The food was sensational. We had a BBQ and opted for burgers and hot dogs. Many of our guests are from the hospitality industry and the feedback has been amazing. Rose and the team were on top of everything and our expectations were truly exceeded.
We went with a friend on a Saturday for lunch. We Sat outside and the waitress came very quickly. We ordered the Erlham humus with pomegranate and seeds, marinated salad with strawberries, bang bang broccoli and prawns, everything to share. It was all delicious and beautifully served, more than enough for two ladies. We’ll definitely come again!
Excellent service from great staff. Patient and attentive despite at times the over whelming numbers look for food and drink all at once. Great too see it so busy. The chilli beef small plate was the pick of the dishes.
