About This Pub

Ah, The Dubliner – what a gem of a spot in Bradford! From what I've gathered from the buzz around it, this place really nails that warm, inviting Irish pub feel, even if you're miles away from the old sod. The live music, like the sessions with talented singers or bands such as the Celtic Cowboys, creates this lively energy that's just infectious – you'll find yourself staying for hours longer than planned, just like one chap who popped in for a quick Guinness and ended up chatting away. The staff are an absolute delight, always ready with a smile and spot-on recommendations for drinks, whether it's a creamy Guinness or that cheeky mulled gin that's an absolute steal. It's clear folks love the affordable prices and the way it brings people together for a bit of fun and celebration. On the flip side, though, it does get packed on busier nights, which might mean a squeeze for space or a wait at the bar, and the opening times look a bit muddled, so it's worth double-checking before heading out. All in all, if you're after a proper pub experience with great vibes and a touch of Irish magic, it's well worth a visit – just go with the flow and you'll have a brilliant time.

Cons
  • It can get a bit crowded on evenings or during events like St. Patrick's Day, which might make it tricky to find a seat or chat comfortably
  • The operating hours seem a tad confusing from what's listed, with some variations that could leave you guessing about when it's best to pop in

Absolutely cracking little bar/pub. I’m here on a Saturday night and Peter the singer, is a genuine Irish bloke and a gentleman. He has ‘the way’ of helping you feel like you’re back in Ireland yet in the middle of Bradford… To sum it up; I popped in for a swift Guinness upon passing… 2.5hrs later, I’m still here with a huge smile on my face. I won’t say exactly how much a pint of (a very good pint of Guinness, by the way) costs as, as of always, it’s probably subject to change… But nder £4! Callum, the barman was absolutely perfect, great hospitality skills! Atmosphere: 10 Staff/service: 10 Guinness: a solid: 8.9/10

Mulled gin - warms the cockles 😜 I’ve never drunk warmed gin before, but it’s only a £1 = absolute bargain! 🤘 10/10 🧐✌️

We first came across this bar on New Year's Eve. We went in for a drink and stayed for a few, enjoying the live Irish music and the great atmosphere. There was plenty of seating for us to sit down when we first entered, though it soon picked up and became a bit busier. The drinks were sound and the music excellent. We've been in since on a Friday night and again found this place to be a decent bar. I would recommend a visit, especially if they have live music on. Me and my partner will definitely be returning. *Update SEP 2022 Still a great pub. We went in tonight and they had live music. A guy playing guitar and singing Irish songs. I believe this pub only opens on Saturdays now, not sure why, but the atmosphere was great in there tonight. Still not a lot of seating, but that's alright we just stood near the bar.

They celebrated St. Patty’s Day in full swing yesterday, such amazing Guinness, Jameson & friends I made here, love the energy here and the ever sweet bartenders helping with the right choice of alcohol

We found this wonderful bar. Saw 2 bands over the weekend we were there, the Celtic Cowboys and Gaelforce. The girls behind the bar were lovely. We know 1 was called Sinead but unfortunately didn't get the name of her sister. We will definitely come back. Thanks again.
