About This Pub
So, picture this: you're popping into The Cross Keys for a quick pint, and right away, you're struck by how welcoming it all is. It's got that classic pub charm with beamed ceilings and brick fireplaces that make you want to settle in for a chat. The beer is spot on and won't set you back much, and if the sun's out, the beer garden is a lovely spot to enjoy it. Staff are always up for a laugh and super helpful, which really makes the place shine. On the flip side, though, it's mostly just bar snacks on offer, so if you're hoping for a hearty meal, you might end up a bit disappointed. And it can be a tad quiet sometimes, especially if you're after a lively atmosphere – plus, not many recent reviews mean it might have lost a bit of its buzz lately. All in all, it's a solid choice for a laid-back evening with mates, but keep expectations realistic for what it does best.

Enjoyed the cosy atmosphere with its beamed ceilings and brick fireplaces. I've added it to my barguide.london site too!
Quiet night, but a nice pleasant boozer. Barmaid was friendly and helpful, and so along with the sensible prices, it's well worth taking yerself down there.
"A great spot for a casual lunch date. The menu offers light and flavorful options that won't leave you feeling weighed down."
A very typical working class pub. Good atmosphere, pleasant staff, good food and very well maintained. Good mix of people of all ages from the local area. Busy on match days.
