About This Pub
Ah, The Coach & Horses – it's one of those pubs that just feels like a breath of fresh air, tucked away in the heart of Wellingborough and easy to pop into after a wander around town. I have to say, the drinks selection is spot on; they've got this brilliant array of real ales, craft beers, and ciders that make it a go-to for anyone who appreciates a proper pint. Pair that with some seriously good food – think massive portions of roasts or pies that leave you feeling well looked after – and you've got a recipe for a great night. The beer garden is an absolute treat on a warm evening, giving you that perfect spot to unwind and chat away. On the flip side, though, prices can add up a bit, especially for drinks, and it's popular enough that you might need to book a table to secure your spot. Overall, it's a solid choice for a laid-back evening; just keep an eye on the schedule and your budget, and you'll have a cracking time.

I attended a live music event on a Saturday evening. The atmosphere is welcoming and efficient. A great choice of ales and beers. Brilliant outdoor space with numerous tables for sunny evenings
Big portions, option to have a choice of all 3 meats. Meats, stuffing and Yorkshire pudding were tasty. Well worth the money and would definitely recommend, makesure you book a table at least a day before as it can get booked up.
Fancied a nice pie and cider for evening meal and this pub was perfect as they had a dedicated pies menu, I went for Moo Pie and it was very much like a Pieminister pie. 10/10 for the pie.
They had a good selection of flat ciders to choose from.
A pint of cider was £5.60 which is quite pricey, the other two pubs I visited did the same cider for £4 but hey ho.
I would recommend The Coach & Horses for the pies
Great pub. Cool interior with all the beer memorabilia. Big menu with lots of choice. When on a Sunday and the roast did not disappoint. Large portions and very tasty.
Good selection of local and National beers on tap. A couple of fridges for takeaways too. Friendly service. Highly recommend.
Popped in for something to eat after having a day out, Sunday is roast day and the size is huge, well cooked veg and meats, great pub with a good atmosphere worth a visit. We will be back to try the burgers at some point.
25th March popped in for a burger black and blue, be hungry, is all I say good size thin fries and well flavoured for me it didn't need the bacon, washed down with a pint of Honey ale very nice.
