I recently visited The Chase Hotel and while the venue itself is pleasant and the atmosphere is generally good, the bar service left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, every time I went to the bar, I had to wait around 5 minutes before being served, even when it wasn’t particularly busy. The staff seemed stretched thin, and the wait time made the experience frustrating. Hopefully, management can look into improving staffing or efficiency at the bar, as this really impacted what could have been a much more enjoyable

Me and the lady had a mixed grill i had the XL one, great atmosphere, polite friendly staff. Food came out together our only compliant would be that the peppercorn sauce toke aprox 5 minutes to come to the table after our food but otherwise great overall experience!

After a previous disappointing experience, we were graciously given the opportunity to revisit the establishment following a conversation with the management. During this visit, we opted for the burger and chick 'n' mix, both of which were served promptly and were delightful in taste. The pricing was reasonable and the desserts were particularly exceptional, to the point where I would consider returning solely for dessert and a cup of tea.

Fantastic service. Very clean and staff were very friendly and efficient! Beds were so comfortable, had a great night’s sleep. Food was delicious. Lovely location, walking distance to town and train station but very quiet and surrounded by beautiful grounds. Will definitely book again soon! 😁

A group of us met here for a meal and a catch up. We had reserved a table and im glad we did as it was very busy. We had to wait for a while at the bar to order our food but were able to order separate which was good, instead of having to faff splitting the bill. We didn't have to wait too long for the food to come. I'd ordered a burger and it was relatively good in honesty. But I have had nicer, hence the 4 star rating rather than 5. Overall, not a bad meal. Good value for money! Would come here again!
