About This Pub

You know, when I popped into The Bush Inn, it really hit the spot as a classic British pub – that welcoming glow as soon as you walk in, with staff who go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, like you're part of the gang. The atmosphere is spot on, with cosy seating and a proper homely vibe, and don't even get me started on the beer garden; it's an absolute delight, especially if you're out with the family or just soaking up some fresh air with a pint. They've nailed the drinks selection too, with well-kept ales and lagers that hit the mark every time. But honestly, it's not all roses – there were a couple of mentions about the management not quite living up to the friendly reputation, which is a bit of a letdown and could spoil an otherwise great visit. Still, from what I've gathered, the positives far outweigh those niggles, so if you're in the area, it's definitely worth stopping by for a relaxed evening out.

I had my moms wake there and the landlord was brilliant he couldn't do enough for me. Its what I would describe as a proper pub with friendly locals.

Lovely beer garden. We took our 2 young kids in, had a nice welcome. Good selection of ales/lagers. Definitely stop in again. Had my favourite spicy ring crisps so was a bonus😋

This is a warm and friendly pub full of character. The beer is well looked after, and the landlord and staff make you feel vey welcome and are only to happy to accommodate you if they can. Would highly recommend a visit.

Thought I’d give this place a try. What a mistake that was. The attitude of ‘the manager’ was absolutely disgusting towards patrons in the venue, zero respect towards paying customers who he clearly feels ‘are beneath him’. Disgusting, shall not be returning to a venue where it is apparent people are not wanted and spoken to like they are walking into a 1950’s national service barracks.
