About This Pub
You know, when I think about The Bee, it just has that lovely, unpretentious feel of a proper British pub that you'd want to pop into for a chat and a drink with mates. The staff really stand out – they're so welcoming and efficient, always ready with a smile and quick service that makes you feel looked after. Then there's the events; they've got quizzes every Thursday, karaoke nights, and even live music lined up, which adds a real buzz and keeps things from getting stale. It's got ample seating inside and out, so whether it's a sunny day or you're in for a cosy evening, you're sorted. On the flip side, it's a shame they don't do food anymore – that means if you're peckish, you might have to order in or go elsewhere, which takes away from the full pub experience. And while it's quaint and traditional, the small toilets can be a bit of a squeeze, especially if it's lively. All in all, it's a great spot for a relaxed night out if you're after good company and entertainment, but it might not be the place for a full meal and all the trimmings. I'd say give it a go if you're in the area; it's got heart, even with its little quirks.

Good place to meet for quiet few drinks, food place to meet up for if you about to head for a full on night out
Friendly and professional staff, even the regular customers are nice enough, no dramas at all.
Toilets (gents) is but small and still functional.
Plenty of seating inside and out, even with smaller than usual bar size.
Does not do food anymore, but has a regular Weekly Quiz on a Thursday. With music, karaoke and themed nights on a regular basis. Typical traditional village pub
Everything that's great about a traditional British pub. Small and quaint, friendly staff and clientele.
Only downside is no pub grub, but they dont mind you ordering in!
I’ve always liked the Bee at Burnham. But for some reason lately have “forgotten” to go there. But will def make of an effort. It’s fairly mixed crowd. The staff are very efficient and polite. It was a pleasure to go there.
Always a warm welcome and a smile behind the bar. Great Guinness too. Nice upgrade with the air-conditioning units fitted this summer. Keep up the great work.
