About This Pub

Ah, Garibaldi – it's one of those pubs that just feels like a proper local gem, tucked away in Burnham. I have to say, the garden is a standout; it's ideal for whiling away an afternoon in the sun, and from what folks have shared, it's clean and inviting, making it a top spot for a casual pint or even a family outing. The beer selection is spot on too, with real ales that get rave reviews, and the prices are fair, so you won't feel short-changed. The staff really add to the vibe, being so friendly and attentive – it's like chatting with old mates behind the bar. On the flip side, it's a bit of a traditional affair, so if you're in the mood for something more contemporary, it might not excite you as much. Plus, with no recent buzz online and no operating hours handy, it could be tricky to pop in spontaneously. All in all, though, it's a solid choice for a laid-back evening; I'd recommend giving it a go if you're after that classic pub feel without any fuss.

Pros and Cons

Pros
  • The garden is absolutely brilliant for catching some all-day sun – it's a real highlight for relaxing with a drink.
  • They've got a fantastic selection of beers, especially those real ales, which are always spot on and highly praised.
  • The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home from the moment you walk in.
  • It's got a lovely, traditional atmosphere that's great for a quiet chat, watching sports, or even family gatherings.
  • The pub and garden are clean and tidy, with drinks at fair prices that won't break the bank.
Cons
  • There aren't any operating hours listed, which can make it a bit of a faff to plan a visit.
  • No recent reviews in the last six months, so it might not be as lively or up-to-date as some other spots right now.
  • It's a straightforward traditional pub, so if you're after something more trendy or modern, it might not quite fit the bill.

Great atmosphere with staff who seem to enjoy working behind the bar. They offer catering & hire for birthdays and other events too. Now a regular customer

Really lovely garden. Garden and pub clean and tidy. Drinks are a fair price. Enjoyed a couple of drinks with my daughter and my brother. My brother likes his real ale and comes here often...I've not been here for years! I had 1/2 Thatcher's Gold Cider - beautiful 🙂

A traditional pub, doesn't pretend to be a trendy hang out. Choice of ales and some light snacks. Good friendly staff who prepare my drink as they see me coming. We go there as a group every Friday and we enjoy great service and a good atmosphere.

Really friendly family pub, however you can find somewhere away from kids if you want a quiet chat. Beer excellent (three real ales), large garden, public bar, quiet bar and two tv bars for rugby and other sports. Three gorgeous Alsatians behind bar, other dogs welcome but was advised to check before entering in case someone else's dog is not too friendly.
