About This Pub
Ah, The Beaufort – it's one of those pubs that just feels like a warm hug when you walk in, you know? From what I've gathered from folks' experiences, the food really steals the show; think delicious roasts, burgers, and fresh specials that are packed with flavour and won't leave you rummaging for more. The team there are brilliant, always up for a laugh and making sure you're looked after, which makes it a top pick for family outings or just meeting up with mates. It's got that classic British pub charm with outdoor seating for sunnier days and plenty of screens for the sports fans, so whether you're there for a quick pint or a full meal, it hits the spot. On the flip side, it does get buzzing on busier evenings, so you might want to book ahead to snag a table, and the opening times can be a bit inconsistent, which is a minor niggle. All in all, it's a solid choice in London if you're after good value, a friendly crowd, and a place that feels like a local favourite without any pretence – I'd say give it a go and see for yourself!
Pros and Cons
Pros
-
The food is absolutely spot on – fresh, seasonal ingredients with hearty portions that leave you feeling satisfied, especially those Sunday roasts that everyone's raving about.
-
The staff are an absolute delight; they're friendly, attentive, and go the extra mile to make you feel welcome, like chatting with old mates behind the bar.
-
It's a welcoming spot for families and groups, with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, and it's super accessible for wheelchairs and prams, making it easy for everyone to join in.
-
Great vibe for watching live sports on multiple screens, paired with a solid selection of beers, wines, and even refreshing spritzes on the terrace when the weather's nice.
-
Convenient location near Colindale and Hendon stations, perfect for a quick stop after a stroll, and it's moderately priced so you get good value without breaking the bank.
Cons
-
It can get a bit lively and crowded during peak times or events, which might make it tricky to find a quiet corner if you're after a more relaxed chat.
-
The operating hours vary a tad, so it's worth double-checking to avoid any surprises, especially on Sundays when things wrap up earlier some days.
-
While the menu's got some lovely options, including veggie choices, it might not have the widest variety for those with very specific dietary needs beyond the basics.

Went here with my family and had a great experience. The staff were super friendly and made us feel really welcome, especially with the kids. The food was tasty, portions were good, and the prices were very affordable. The place has a nice vibe — clean, comfortable, and kid-friendly. We’ll definitely be coming back!
Had a fantastic experience at The Beaufort. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, with a great mix of locals and visitors. The food? Absolutely spot on — hearty, flavourful, and clearly made with care. What really made the visit special was the service. A huge shoutout to Simone, who went above and beyond — friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. We’ll definitely be back!
We had a wonderful experience at The Beaufort Pub. The food was absolutely delicious – I had the steak, my husband had a burger, and our son had the chicken pie. Everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The service was fantastic – Matt and Georgia were both so friendly and attentive. We really appreciated their warm and professional approach. We’ll definitely be coming back!
Been coming to this absolute gem for a while now and certainly my first go to local pub. I recommend there to everyone and anyone! Sunday roasts are a game changer. Recently met the new General Manager, Georgia, who is true gift for this place! She’s kind, welcoming, funny, and purely superb in every way! Smashing vibes all round. Very excited to see what’s to come here!
