About This Pub

Ah, The ?4 – it's one of those unassuming pubs in Blackpool that just hits the spot for a laid-back evening. From chatting with folks who've popped in, I hear the food's a winner; that roast dinner comes highly recommended as fresh, piping hot, and reasonably priced, with the cauliflower cheese being a must-try if you're tucking in. The staff sound like absolute stars, always going the extra mile to make sure everything's just right, which really lifts the mood. It's a cosy little spot too, clean and warm even on the coldest days, perfect for catching up over a drink. On the flip side, without a website, it's not the easiest to plan a visit, and while it's charming, it might not wow you with anything groundbreaking – it's more your reliable local rather than a standout destination. All in all, if you're after a straightforward, enjoyable pub experience without the fuss, it's well worth a stop for a bite and a bevvy.

The prices are spot on – it's an inexpensive spot that doesn't skimp on value, making it perfect for a casual get-together without breaking the bank.

The food's a real highlight; think fresh, tasty roast dinners and well-presented meals that could rival a proper restaurant, especially their Christmas menu which sounds absolutely delicious.

Cons
-

There's no website to speak of, so it's a bit of a faff if you want to check the menu or opening times online before heading out.

While it's charming, it might not stand out as the most unique or fancy option in Blackpool, feeling like a standard local pub without any extra bells and whistles.

Good pub, reasonable prices, good service.
This is the best roast dinner in Blackpool. It’s reasonable, fresh, tasty and always served hot. Staff are lovely and can’t do enough to help. Definitely upgrade to the cauliflower cheese!
We have just an amazing meal from the Christmas menu, I must say it was as good as any restaurant meal really well presented and delicious.
Nice cosy pub, not too expensive either. I've been in here several times over the years and think it's a nice cosy pub with clean lager and decent food. Warm inside aswell in cold weather they had heating on.
A nice pub, very friendly staff, nice and clean. We visited this pub while on holiday at Blackpool. Well worth a visit. The food looked really good but as I didn't have any only drinks I can't comment on the food.
