We had heard lots of positive reviews about this place and so went for a Thursday dinner. The place has been done up very well and is very spacious. First impressions were good. The service was good and the staff were nice. Those are the only positives about the place. We tried to order beer and were told there was only one type of beer available. The menu has some really weird sounding names. The starters were not good - the Varnasi tandoor platter was tasteless and not properly cooked. The mains were awful - tasteless and flavourless. We will not be going back to this place again.
It's a okay place to go for something to eat and drink if you're in or from the local area. I went with my partner who used a Dining for 2 voucher and we were expected on arrival so the manager knew who we were and had the reservation ready for us. He kindly showed us to our table. The food was nice and we got a free glass of champagne with our meal. The food had flavour and was cooked nicely. Recommend
