You know, I have to say, Nobles Cafe Bar & Restaurant in Leith is one of those places that just leaves you with a smile. It's got that lovely historic feel, right on Constitution Street, and it's clear why it's picked up some awards for its food and drinks. The team there are absolute stars – always chatting and making sure everything's just right, whether you're popping in for a cold pint on a warm day or tucking into something hearty like their vegan Scottish breakfast or those legendary fish and chips. They've really nailed the menu with fresh, local ingredients, and it's great to see options for all sorts of tastes and needs. On the flip side, it's a shame it's shut on Mondays, as that might throw a spanner in the works for some plans, and if you're with the family, do check about those highchairs because they're not exactly plentiful.
