About This Pub
You know, when I think about the Loyal Lodge Inn, it just feels like that reliable local spot you'd recommend to mates for a relaxed evening out. The food really stands out – they've got these freshly cooked meals using local produce, from sharing platters to hearty burgers and a cracking Sunday roast, and it's all at prices that feel fair without skimping on quality. The service is spot on too; the team are always cheerful and on hand to sort you out, making it easy to settle in and enjoy yourself. Plus, with all those weekly events like Missy B's quiz or the DJ nights, there's always something to get stuck into, whether you're up for a singalong or a bit of friendly competition. On the flip side, it does tend to fill up quickly, especially on busier nights, so you might find yourself queuing or needing to book ahead. And honestly, the opening times can be a bit confusing from what's listed, so it's best to confirm before heading over. All in all, it's a solid choice for a night with friends or family, with plenty of positives that outweigh the minor niggles – I'd say give it a go if you're in the area.

We visited first time today, me and my husband ordered a beef dinner we was not disappointed at all. The value for money for the lunch was brilliant, served hot and with extra gravy. Staff excellent, served our food in good time. We will definitely visit again . Thank you so much for a lovely roast beef lunch.
