About This Pub
Ah, the Ladybrook – it's one of those pubs that really pulls you in with its welcoming charm and that classic community feel, right in the heart of Bramhall. I've got to say, the staff stand out as absolute stars; they're so approachable and make you feel like you're part of the gang from the moment you walk in. The food's another highlight – fresh, hot, and full of flavour, with options that cater to all sorts, whether you're after something veggie, vegan, or even a soft drink to keep things light. And for sports enthusiasts, it's a proper treat with live events on the screens and a buzzing atmosphere that gets everyone cheering together. Plus, with its family-friendly setup and handy facilities, it's easy to see why it's a go-to spot for a relaxed get-together. On the flip side, though, service isn't always spot on; you might find yourself reminding them about an order or dealing with a phone that's gone unanswered, which can put a bit of a dampener on things. There have been a few grumbles about stricter rules at certain times, so it's worth checking ahead if you're planning something specific. All in all, it's a solid choice for a pint and a chat, but keeping expectations realistic about the little niggles will make for a more enjoyable visit – just like sharing tips over a round with friends!

Was in on Saturday 24th May with my son at 10:45pm no issue he sat in his pram drinking squash from your establishment
came in on Monday 26th 9:02pm refused service as my son was with me.
We work opposite shifts we’ve never had an issue before requested to see you license and was refused. How can it be one rule one night and another rule the next? Won’t ever use this so called family pub ever again if your looking for a family pub don’t visit this place they frown upon kids they seem to make up rules as they seem fit! Well done you’ve just lost a few regulars
Some members of our group of ladies (38 in total) went for the pensioners menu yesterday.
Darren, the manager, had arranged a separate area for us to sit, and it was very comfortable and roomy. The food was very good
It was hot, fresh and tasty. Very reasonably priced, £6.99 for 2 courses, £7.99 for 3.
The service was excellent and attentive, with Sarah(front of house), Joe(bar), Callum(waiter) and Adam (chef).
Thanks for everything. We will definitely be returning soon.
Great spot, very nice atmosphere. Lots of choices, even vegetarian, vegan, and non-alcoholic.
Didn't pick up phone to answer booking request, never phoned me back. When got there, after ordering on app, they missed instructions and had to send back the food, had to remind them about the drinks. Ordered more food and drinks, had to remind them 3x about the drinks, ordered dessert and didn't come. Had to ask 4x when will the dessert be coming. All this and the pub was almost empty, I expected better but enjoyed our birthdays, food was decent.
I simply cannot rate the Ladybrook highly enough! We had visited a couple of times previously and as well as really enjoying the food we've been really impressed with the genuinely lovely service and friendlyness of the staff. We had booked for Christmas day lunch but unfortunately my mother was taken into hospital prior to Christmas and was in there for 10 days so we could not make it. When she came out yesterday, I booked to table for today, 1st January. The manager, Scott, especially was so kind and completely replicated Christmas day for us with a lovely Christmas table setting and Christmas meal. It was so lovely for me to recreate that, especially for my mum, but also from myself as I couldn't really celebrate until she was home and well. The meal was absolutely amazing and the staff were so kind and accommodating. It may have been New Year's Day for everybody else but for us it was a very special Christmas Day! Highly recommended . We can't wait to go back!
