Very good food and lively atmosphere, with a nice mix of people. Service can be a bit spotty when they're busy, but is to be expected in a popular local, I suppose.
Had a weekday lunch with a local friend. £10 menu looks great. We had main plates which were excellent plus very palatable Portuguese wine . Lots of punters ( it was a Monday) and really friendly helpful service.
My friend and I came to Lady Mildmay and we had the most lovely Friday evening.
The steak was cooked perfectly and the chimichurri was delicious. The rocket and potatoes complimented it so nicely - it was the perfect dish!! Would definitely recommend

Orange wine, good selection of beers, delicious menu, cozy dining. Honestly, couldn’t ask to have a better neighbour.
The menu always changes and offers everything from dips and snacks to more substantial meals.
I would definitely recommend trying their fried potatoes, bread and marinated olives. Veggie and vegan options are available.
I wish they had a beer garden, so that’s the only downside.
