About This Pub
Ah, Fire&Ice – it's one of those places in Pinner that really knows how to pull off a great night when it's on form. From what I've gathered from the reviews, the staff are absolute gems; they're so welcoming and on point, especially if you're there for something special like a birthday bash. I love how they go the extra mile to make sure everyone's enjoying themselves, with smooth service and even helpful suggestions on what to order. The atmosphere can be brilliant too, with pumping music that gets everyone in the mood, and the food and drinks don't disappoint – those truffle chips sound like a real treat, and the cocktails come highly recommended. But, let's be straight, it's not all perfect; a few people have mentioned drinks tasting different depending on where you order them, which is a bit off-putting and makes you wonder about consistency. Plus, it's on the expensive side, so you might end up spending more than planned for what you get, and if it's a quiet night, the energy can drop, leaving things feeling a touch dull. Overall, though, with a solid 4.4 rating, it's worth a visit if you're up for a good time – just go in with your eyes open and maybe plan for a busier evening to get the best out of it.
Pros and Cons

-
The drinks and food hit the spot; think tasty cocktails and snacks like truffle chips that leave you wanting more.
-
They handle events smoothly, with top-notch service that keeps everyone happy and the night running without a hitch.
Cons
-
Drinks can be a bit inconsistent, with some folks noticing they're sweeter when ordered at the table, which might leave you feeling a tad suspicious.
-
Things can get pricey, so it's worth keeping an eye on the bill if you're just popping in for a casual drink.
-
The atmosphere might fall flat on quieter nights, making it less exciting if it's not busy.
-
Portions on some dishes, like the boneless chicken, could be on the small side for what you're paying.

Good looking bar that serves shisha. On this occasion we were there for drinks and snacks.
The drinks were good but pricey. I enjoyed the truffle chips.
I've been when it's been busy and when it hasn't been. Granted, when it wasn't busy, the atmosphere was flat - but that's hardly surprising.
Regardless, my friends and I enjoyed the comforting and chilled vibe during the week, so we relaxed nicely to enjoy our catch-up. On the weekends, the dj is on, and the vibe becomes quite energetic.
I hosted my 40th birthday here. Everything was amazing, the staff were all so friendly and made sure my guests were happy throughout the event. A special thanks to the chef, the canapés were lovely and the presentation was amazing. Once again thank you to the whole team so making my party run smoothly. Big thanks to the DJ for making the night go so well.
If you order at the bar and if you order at the table the drinks taste different - more sweet and more sweetened. I do not trust the bar. Sorry.
It is a great bar and great atmosphere - no need to add syrup and water to drinks guys! Just be honest.
We ordered to at our table = very sweet!
We ordered at the bar Same drinks different drink taste.
Hosted a milestone birthday here on Saturday and had an awesome time and great experience! From planning and organising the event to the actual night, it was very smooth. The staff were pleasant and attentive, the owner was very accommodating and the DJ_nassb was on fire 🔥! Kept the crowd on the dance floor the whole night and made sure we all had a good time. A very memorable night.
Great food, atmosphere and music. The service was impeccable. Very helpful with orders and suggestions. We went for dinner and ended up ordering all the items on starters menu for four of us. The Boneless chicken was tasty - could have been a larger size and less salad 😆a range of cocktail list🍸 of drinks and passion fruit martinis weren’t on the menu but was able to be made for us and were delicious. The music was amazing which got us dancing for a Friday night workout! Brilliant and Great night out, thanks. 😀
