About This Pub

Ah, the De Beauvoir Arms – it's one of those hidden gems in London that just warms your heart the moment you step inside. From what I've gathered from the buzz around it, the place nails that perfect pub feel with its unpretentious vibe, where conversation flows as freely as the wine. The food really stands out; those Mediterranean-inspired menus on the chalkboards are full of thoughtful, flavourful dishes that won't empty your wallet – think a steal of a lunch for around £9. It's got this spacious, beautifully decorated interior with high ceilings and wooden tables that make it feel cosy yet roomy, and the outdoor seating is a lovely spot when the weather plays ball. The staff are absolute stars, always cheerful and quick to sort you out, which adds so much to the welcoming atmosphere. On the flip side, it's popular for a reason, so weekends can be a bit of a squeeze – you might end up standing or waiting if you don't get there early. And that outdoor area shutting at 10pm is a tad disappointing if you're hoping to linger under the stars. All in all, it's a brilliant spot for sharing a meal and a pint with friends, but just keep those peak times in mind for the best experience.

Love this place has a great atmosphere. The food is very good and reasonably priced has lovely seating outside and beautiful decor inside.
We just love it here. The food is divine, flavourful and eclectic. The lunch menu at £9 is a steal. Staff are friendly and quick, and the decor is minimalist in a good way. Highly recommend
Lovely and spacious pub in De Beauvoir with high ceilings and a nice wooden interior.
They have a good selection of beer on tap, a long with some delicious food.
The menus are posted on blackboards around the pub, and when we stopped by for a small bite, we opted for bread and oil, and the chorizo. All deliciously tasty.
Will certainly make a stop by here again next time I am in the area.
What a lovely place. I went here for a Free Association improv show (in the studio upstairs), but what really made me want to write a review was how friendly and helpful the bartenders were. They all seemed like they enjoy working and helped make the atmosphere that much warmer. The beers I had were good, and if I'm ever in the neighborhood again I'd absolutely try the food. The bartender Marin/Maureen (? sorry, I'm not sure now) was especially kind!
A lively bar, to the point you probably wont find a place to sit if you come to get a drink on Friday or Saturday evening. There is quite a big outside area but they close it at 10pm.
Nice vibe and people tho and a really cool area.
They have a non alcoholic beer options which is great! We paid ~13£ for 2 beers (one regular and one 0%)
