Customer service at The Crown Wrexham young server called Ellie help an older lady to find some where to sit took time to helper though the menu for food and drink nothing was to much trouble for this young lady it's was brilliant to see such patience and empathy between young and old for no extra reward it was so good to see

We were warned about the 30 minute wait for food on being met by our waitress so was happy to wait for food. Food was very reasonably priced and portion size was good. I had the Sunday lunch, veg was slightly over cooked and beef a little tough but still managed to clear my plate ;-)
Lovely and welcoming. The Crown was lovely, warm and clean. The food was amazing.

The staff were all friendly and very accommodating. Service was quick, and easy to use QR codes to save queueing at the bar. Food came quickly and was delicious. We made the mistake of ordering starters, so were absolutely stuffed after mains as well 🤣
Large marstons pub.. I’m assuming it’s a managed house. A couple of ales on. Meal offers through the week. Good for groups and families. Nice Guinness 🍻
